In this rewarding and flexible role, you'll help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. You'll be a trusted presence and a source of warmth and reassurance, providing meaningful support that enhances their daily lives.

Your day may include:

• Providing personal care with empathy and dignity.

• Domestic assistance and household tasks.

• Meal preparation and nutritional support.

• Assisted shopping and community access.

• Respite care to support family caregivers.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• A warm, empathetic, and person-centred approach to care.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.

• A collaborative spirit that contributes to a team-focused culture.

• Have your own car with a valid driver’s licence

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability

• First Aid Certificate (Level 2)

• NDIS workers screening check

• NDIS Orientation Module Completion Certificate

• Driver’s License

• Car Insurance and Registration

• Workers’ Rights
