The Role

We’re on the lookout for talented Events/Corporate Chefs for casual and full-time work at a variety of locations around Sydney.

Successful applicants will have:

• Working Rights in Australia
• Previous experience at CDP or Sous Chef level with high end functions exposure
• You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Be a team player, but also be able to work autonomously
• Attention to detail and great time management is a must
• Excellent English communication skills
• Standard chef uniform and knife kit is necessary
• Impeccable hygiene and grooming
• Be familiar and up to date with Food Safety requirements and WHS legislation
• Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
