YOUR NEW ROLE
In this KEY pivotal role reporting to a hands-on supportive Commercial Law Partner, you will relish the challenge+rewards+variety of your role taking ownership of your files/managing your own clients (and assisting the partner with more complex matters).
Key areas of practice include:
- sale/purchase of business & assets, commercial contracts, franchising, corporate structuring, Corporations Law advice, JVs, commercial/retail leases, complex property transactions, competition/consumer law, intellectual property, employment law, finance/mortgages/licensing.
