About the Role

Join the CALHN Mental Health Clinical Program as an Administration Officer and support multidisciplinary teams across services. You will provide flexible admin support within a casual pool covering sites across the western and eastern suburbs.

  • Provide admin support across mental health services
  • Manage reception, bookings and team enquiries
  • Maintain records and update information systems
  • Support clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
  • Cover sites across western and eastern suburbs

About You

You’re a flexible administration professional who thrives in a busy mental health setting. You bring strong organisation skills, compassion and the ability to support teams across multiple services.

  • Strong keyboard skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Communicate well and work within team environments
  • Handle sensitive situations with discretion and care
