As the right hand to a top Accredited Specialist personal injury law Partner in this winning close-knit positive team, you will love helping plaintiff clients with a diverse range of personal injury matters including workers compensation, work injury damages and CTP/motor vehicle accidents in NSW and various other States/Territories.

Key responsibilities include typing, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs, filing and general administration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• have MINIMUM 12 MONTHS (or preferably more) personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal experience [including workers compensation OR work injury damages AND/OR CTP experience];
• have strong Microsoft Word and an accurate typing speed of minimum 60+wpm;
• are a ‘CAREER’ paralegal/secretary OR if a law student NOT looking to get admitted and practice as a lawyer for at least 1 year or more;
• have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• are highly organized, proactive +can meet deadlines;
• love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
• are hungry to progress your career with a reputable firm long-term.
