    About the Role

    This role will be working at a Danny Met Sally SIL Home in Narromine supporting a participant with complex mental health with their ADL's. This includes personal care, implementing behaviour support Plans, managing challenging behaviours, medication administration, community access, meal preparation, and domestic assistance.

    Consistent and ongoing hours will be available across a 24x7 roster. Support Workers must have flexible availability and willingness to work active overnights.

    About You

    • Minimum 2 years experience in mental health/disability
    • Experience working with clients who have behaviours of concern
    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Mental Health related qualification highly desirable)
    • Knowledge of Behaviour support plans and Restrictive Practices
    • Medication Administration Certificate or willing to obtain
    • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
    • Drivers License & own car with comprehensive insurance
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check
    • Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support
