Excellent builder who have been successfully delivering in the commercial and residential sectors, in Sydney for many a year. They have an exceptional name in the market place building exciting challenging projects. This organisation will present you with the opportunity to work in a variety of projects for repeat clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a large team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget
• The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
• The liaison between client and sub-contractor
• Assisting in the development of the project instructions
• Maintaining communication with superiors and subordinates

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Trade qualification as a Carpenter
• Experience in the Commercial & Residential sectors
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering similar projects
• Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive direct and sub-contract labour
• Highly skilled in OH&S
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively
• A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
