The Role: Cootamundra | Casual | Care Service Employee

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting residents with personal care including showering
  • Supporting residents with meals
  • Contributing to care planning with registered staff
  • Documenting care and services provided to residents
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities

    • Requirements

      • Minimum requirements - Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support

      • Experience in similar role in aged care (Minimum 2 years)

      • A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people

      • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

      • Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity

      • Flexible to do AM/PM and night shifts

      • Must have full working rights
