Paediatric Speech Pathologist

Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist for our Balcatta Clinic who loves working with children and is committed to making a meaningful difference in their lives.

At AIM Therapy, you’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential through evidence-based, family-centred care.

Your new role:

• Carrying out initial appointments with new families.
• Carrying out fun and creative therapy sessions in our fun clinic spaces and in the community.
• Liaising with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
• Reviewing therapy journey’s and ensuring that the next steps are in place for the children who either outgrow AIM Therapy or meet their goals.
• Taking part in a great Professional Development timetable with lots of development opportunities available.

Qualifications

About you:

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
• A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team & working with paediatrics
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers licence + access to a reliable motor vehicle
