Job description
Role Opportunity:
An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Support Coordinator to provide coordination, commercial and administrative support across a portfolio of Capital Projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Project Controls and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of studies and projects.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
Project coordination or administration experience
SAP/1SAP procurement system experience
Contractor mobilisation coordination experience
Strong stakeholder management abilities
Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate project governance reviews
Raise and manage purchase requisitions
Organise workshops and review meetings
Support contractor mobilisation activities
Prepare reports and presentation packs
