Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital innovation and team leadership? DigiFix Australia , a leading digital solutions agency based in Melbourne , is on the hunt for a Team Lead – Digital Marketing to drive our digital initiatives and lead our talented marketing team.

About the Role :

As our Team Lead – Digital Marketing , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various platforms. You will manage a dynamic team while working collaboratively with our design, tech, and client teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the digital marketing team in delivering client campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and innovation.

Required Experience & Skills :

We are looking for someone with proven hands-on experience across the full digital marketing ecosystem, including :

Tools & Platforms (Proficiency Required) :

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz (SEO Tools)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
  • CRM & Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Content Management Systems (CMS) – WordPress, Shopify
  • Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Basic design understanding)

    • Key Competencies :

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role .
  • Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
