Our client is a well-regarded suburban accounting firm with deep ties to Toowoomba, the Darling Downs and South East Queensland. Their client base spans local businesses, farming families and regional enterprises, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience across a broad mix of industries without leaving your community.

They are now seeking a Graduate Accountant to join their friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for either an experienced bookkeeper or diploma-qualified accountant currently studying towards a degree, or a recent Business/Commerce (Accounting major) graduate with some workforce experience.

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to launch their accounting career locally whilst enjoying Toowoomba's lifestyle and community spirit. You will gain hands‑on experience in tax, compliance and business advisory, with mentorship from senior accountants and full study support as you work towards your CPA.

To succeed, you will bring a genuine passion for accounting, some exposure to bookkeeping or accounting work and the drive to grow your career with a firm that values its people as much as its clients.

This role is open only to candidates already based in Toowoomba or nearby areas. Sponsorship is not available.
