About the role
This is a broad in-house role suited to a commercial or TMT lawyer who enjoys variety and visibility. You will advise the business on:
Your focus will be on assisting the business navigate risk. You will work closely with product and technology teams on new initiatives.
About you
You will be a commercial or TMT lawyer with approximately 8–10+ years’ PQE and experience gained from a reputable law firm. Any prior in-house or secondment experience is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will have experience drafting and reviewing a range of contracts and an ability to advise on commercial, consumer law, privacy, data and regulatory matters.
