About the Role As Senior Property Manager, you’ll be entrusted with a well-maintained, modestly sized portfolio, working exclusively in-house. This is not a high-pressure or micromanaged environment — instead, your focus will be on building strong relationships with landlords and delivering a high level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a clean, capped portfolio with mostly in-house tasks only
- Liaise with landlords and tenants with a focus on relationship-building
- no routines or entry / exits
- Oversee maintenance, lease renewals, and arrears
- Work collaboratively with a friendly, experienced team
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and a team-first attitude
- A desire for stability in a long-term position
