Job Description

About the Role :

As a B2C Sales Consultant, you'll be empowered to run our Newcastle Clinic independently in a solo-office setting (4 days per week). You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs, and presenting tailored treatment plans. You'll collaborate with our expert medical team to ensure clients receive the best possible care and support throughout their hair regrowth journey. Hours will be between 9 am - 6 pm on any 4 days that suit you - we are happy to be flexible.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Inspiring Confidence : Conduct initial consultations, becoming a trusted advisor to clients seeking solutions for hair loss. You'll assess their needs, understand their goals, and collaborate with our medical team to develop personalised treatment plans that make a real difference.
  • Driving Sales Success : Consistently exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting treatment options and enrolling clients in suitable packages.
  • Building Long-Term Relationships : Guide clients through their treatment journey, providing ongoing support, addressing any concerns, and celebrating their successes. Cultivate strong relationships to foster client loyalty and generate referrals.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service : Greet and welcome clients, manage appointments, respond to enquiries (phone, email, SMS), process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative tasks.

    Why We Want You :

  • Experience in B2C sales roles that focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions through effective consultation and product / service presentations.
  • Experience in the health, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
