We’re seeking a dynamic National Commercial Manager to collaborate with leadership and deliver exceptional financial and commercial expertise. In this pivotal role, you will support the Business Controller and Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) team in driving strategic planning, optimizing financial performance, and delivering commercial excellence.

As a National Commercial Manager based in Brisbane, you will collaborate closely with the Business Controller and Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) team to provide expert commercial advice and support across our Lines of Business. Your responsibilities will include, however not limited to :

• Driving Growth : Analyze financial and commercial trends, offering insights to enhance performance and maximize opportunities for growth and improved margins.
• Commercial Support : Deliver best practice advice on contracts, tenders, and bids to ensure strong margins and return on investment.
• Capital Expenditure Oversight : Monitor and report on capital expenditure, endorsing major projects that align with the company’s strategy.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Provide clear reporting and secure stakeholder commitment to deliver actionable plans.
• Pricing Strategy : Lead pricing reviews in line with company guidelines to optimize margin opportunities.
• Strategic Development : Support the business in crafting and executing strategies for operational efficiency, margin improvement, and growth.
