Job Description
Our client is a leading engineering consultancy firm with a presence across Australia and South-East Asia. We are currently seeking a Bids / Tenders Coordinator to join their team in their Canberra office.
The Role :
- Prepare and review tender documents with a high standard of content and writing
- Track tender opportunites and their progress, and coordinate them across the teams
- Liaise with stakeholders during the tendering process
- Maintain and update tender systems with supporting documentations
- Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines, client requirements, and follow internal quality guidelines
- Provide other assistance to the Directors, Office Managers and other senior staff as required and directed
About You :
At least 3 years' experience in a similar roleHave professional communication skills - written and verbalHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience with InDesign and QA / WHS systems are high desireableAble to work autonomously and collaborative to produce high level, compliant submissionsBenefits :
