  • Passion for food
  • Leaving High School to work full time Year 10 -12  (16 years old+)
  • Food preparation and mise en plus
  • Food presentation and plating
  • Kitchen cleaning procedures
  • FIFO food storage
  • Texture modification in line with the IDDSI framework
  • Please note all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker’s clearance.
