What you’ll be doing

Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, profit, and growth , ensuring KPIs, budgets, and operational plans are met.

Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and pride.

Support all aspects of store operations — from stock control, visual merchandising, and rostering to compliance and safety.

Use your commercial insight to optimise performance , analysing product mix, pricing, and local market opportunities.

Champion our customers and loyalty programs , inspiring your team to build strong relationships with customers and drive return visits.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in a retail leadership role .

Strong commercial acumen — you understand how to drive sales, manage margins, and control costs.
