Were looking for a Scheduling & Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Garden Services this dynamic role youll be the go-to person for scheduling work coordinating resources and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Part Time position based in Wangaratta

The Opportunity :

As the Scheduling & Administration Coordinator youll play a key role in keeping the Contract Gardening Team running smoothly. Youll support the efficient operation of daily schedules and administrative processes coordinate job allocations maintain accurate records and ensure clear effective communication between teams supervisors managers and external stakeholders. This is your chance to be the central hub that keeps operations organised supports the team and helps deliver exceptional service every day.

About You :

Youre an organised and dependable professional who takes pride in keeping operations running like clockwork. Youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment balancing competing priorities while maintaining a calm and positive approach. You bring strong administrative coordination and communication skills providing attention to detail in the work you perform. Youre they type of person who enjoys supporting other takes initiative and genuinely cares about delivering great service both internally and externally.
