The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Officer who is eager to contribute to a high-performing marketing team in a rapidly growing, international private healthcare organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing principles and a passion for developing engaging campaigns and content. If you have recent marketing experience in a professional services, banking or healthcare (e.g., private hospital) that is a bonus!
About the Role
As a Marketing Officer, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager AU / NZ and play a key role in developing and implementing local area marketing and communication strategies that support Icon Group’s business objectives. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to the success of marketing initiatives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop local area marketing campaign material and corporate collateral that is consistent with divisional goals and Icon Group strategy.Demonstrate strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills across a diverse channel mix including digital content, and for stakeholders from various demographics, cultures, and levels of education.Develop digital campaigns including writing web articles, blogs and social media posts.Support the team leads with reporting and analysing data, briefing design work and campaign assets, and other operational marketing tasks.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a way that develops meaningful working relationships, ensuring that tasks are achieved efficiently and to a high standard.About You

Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field.Over 3 years of experience in marketing and communications.Demonstrated creativity in marketing and communications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.Desirable Skills & Experience
