This is a management-level position that achieves results through others—whether direct reports, cross-functional teams, or process leadership.### Key Responsibilities
• Implement corporate HR policies and translate them into actionable strategies at the business unit level.
• Facilitate leadership development and address root causes of HR challenges through cultural and process-based solutions.
• Lead succession planning, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Resolve employee relations issues using a systematic, data-informed approach.
• Drive company-wide programs such as salary reviews, stock option renewals, and organisational change efforts.
• Serve as a strategic business partner and change agent to line management, with dotted-line reporting to HR or vice versa.### ### Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
