A little about the role:

Our client is recruiting for a full-time permanent sonographer; however, they need some extra assistance, which a locum sonographer would be ideal for.

24th June to 5th July, 2024

This role will offer you regular hours, no weekends and no on call. You will also benefit from one place of work, no moving between sites. Plus, you will be supported by a genuinely friendly team. As an experienced ASAR Sonographer, you will have a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience across a broad range of scans. You will be allocated 30-minute appointment times and 1 hour for morphology. They use GE equipment. The practice is small and busy, they are highly regarded and as such, they place a big emphasis on patient care and employee satisfaction.

The radiologist on site is very hands on, thorough and committed to training and development of the team, always encouraging the sonographers to do so.

Duties you will be responsible for:

• Working as part of multimodality team.
• Ability to perform general, MSK, Vascular, Obstetrics and Gynae
• Experience using a GE machine preferred, training can be provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills and Experience:

• Positive attitude and a high degree of professional competence
• High level of patient care.
• Current ASAR Membership.
• Familiar with GE equipment.
• Experience in a similar setting would be beneficial.
