About The Role

As a Sales Manager, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Production Print business in NSW. This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to influence strategy, inspire a high-performing team, and make a real impact on market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a talented team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive growth by building strategies that unlock new markets and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate and innovate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Own the results—from pipeline activity to revenue, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
