What this job involves

JLL is seeking a part-time Workplace Coordinator to support the onsite staff with operational activities, providing customer-related support and administrative assistance to ensure excellent facility management services. Key areas include procurement, vendor management, finance, health and safety, and site operations.

A snapshot of your responsibilities :

Operations

  • Deliver superior customer service
  • Support vendor management and onboarding
  • Assist with financial processes
  • Manage site access and contractor escorts
  • Oversee site cleanliness

Property Administration

  • Maintain electronic records for residential properties
  • Support residential estate budget management
  • Coordinate maintenance work with Technical Officer
  • Health, Safety and Risk Management

  • Assist in safety audits and compliance checks
  • Follow incident reporting and escalation procedures
  • Adhere to JLL's business conduct guidelines
  • Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications :

    You’ll have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in facilities or administration within a similar corporate high-volume environment.

  • Commitment to flawless execution
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Conflict management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive and professional approach
  • Basic understanding of facilities management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience in general facilities and workplace administration
