Looking to take the next step in your career Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Lead Civil Engineer to join our Dynamic Earth Solutions group in Brisbane.
Our Dynamic Earth Solutions (DES) group forms an integrated core that provides clients with outstanding project through our geotechnical hydrotechnical and civil site development expertise. From concept to operation were committed to providing traditional services alongside proprietary technologies and innovative thinking to deliver custom costeffective solutions.
From studies analysis and design to construction supervision and monitoring our DES group specialises in site planning spatial information and digital terrain modelling surface and subsurface investigations rock mechanics underground structures geotechnical laboratory services flood forecasting and water resource management.

As the successful candidate you will :
- Lead projects on behalf of the Civil Specialty Group as part of the DES group
- Provide technical direction for the group in civil engineering road design earthworks storm water drainage building site works and water and sewerage reticulation
- Be client facing and represent Hatch and our values
- Assist the DES Manager and Civil Specialty group lead with the development and performance management of civil staff
- Coordinate civil resources within multidiscipline teams and across the Australasian region
