Our team plays a vital role in connecting with existing RSL Art Union supporters and fostering continued support for this significant fundraising effort for the Australian Defence Force Veteran Community.

Key Role Details :

  • Pay rate : $25.80 per hour + Super
  • Operating hours : Monday to Friday 8am-7pm
  • Full Time & Part Time Roles available
  • Flexible hours considered for students and carers
  • Comprehensive training and support
  • Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane CBD , across the road from Central Station

  • Membership engagement and retention
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries - no cold calling
  • Ability and drive to consistently exceed sales targets and KPI’s
  • Overcome objections and constantly deliver a positive experience
  • Demonstrated strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Opportunities to move into digital support once tenured (email, chat, and social media)
