About The Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will deliver a range of essential services, including domestic duties (cleaning & laundry), personal grooming & hygiene assistance, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and mobility assistance within the home and local community. You will provide care and support to your clients, prioritising their well‑being at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Help with personal grooming, hygiene, and medication reminders.
• Plan menus, shop for groceries, and provide mobility assistance.
• Ensure clients’ safety and well‑being in the home and community.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate client needs to the team.
