Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their dream roles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Actively pursuing new business opportunities over the phone and in person while building and nurturing long lasting relationships with clients.
• Actively listening and understanding client recruitment needs, providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
• Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Becoming an industry expert through networking, asking the right questions and staying ahead of market trends.
• Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
• Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
• Accountable for maintaining data integrity and correctly recording customer activity in Salesforce, for your benefit and that of the team around you.

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful recruiter you need drive, resilience and a passion for building long term relationships. You must also have a clear sales aptitude and be comfortable with prospecting business from customers over the phone.

• Experienced Recruitment Consultants: If you have a proven track record in B2B recruitment and are seeking new opportunities to excel, we are looking for you!
• Sales Superstars: Bring your sales experience (at least 12 months) and transferable skills to thrive in the world of recruitment.
