Hospitality Allrounders

The Position

As a Hospitality Allrounder you will be assigned either in the Kitchen or housekeeping, & you could rotate if required.

• Housekeeping – cleaning rooms, bathrooms, common areas daily
• Kitchen – basic food prep, cleaning kitchen equipment, dishes, stock unloading, rubbish removal, dining room service
• Site Administrators – must have booking/admin experience
• Bar/ Retail - serving drinks, serving customers, till operations, cleaning/ restocking

The Person

• Must hold a White Card
• Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning or kitchen work
• Physically fit, reliable & a can do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and be flexible to work in all departments, including nightshift
• Ability to always follow safety policies & procedures.
• Comfortable undertaking a pre-employment medical/Drug screen at our cost
• Current drivers’ license and reliable transport for drive in drive out
