The Venue

Located within the iconic Queens Hotel, Queen Chow Enmore is a modern Chinese restaurant inspired by the vibrant street food culture of Hong Kong. The venue offers a contemporary take on traditional Chinese dining, combining familiar favourites with unexpected dishes.

The menu features an array of classic offerings, including barbecued duck, live seafood and wok-fried dishes, designed to be shared and enjoyed in a relaxed, social setting.

With the Queens Hotel’s bars and entertainment spaces on site, Queen Chow Enmore offers a complete hospitality experience, making it an ideal destination for pre- and post-dinner drinks and events.

The Role

We are after an energetic, bubbly and experienced Restaurant Manager with a focus on creating a strong team culture, one that celebrates cultural diversity, and is passionate about creating an authentic and traditional experience for their guests.

You’ll be expected to build, lead and develop a diverse team, maintain a culture that strives for excellence, deliver exceptional guest experience, and have fun along the way. You’ll provide ongoing training to the team through product knowledge and be focused on establishing an effective operation rhythm across the venue.

Our team knows what it takes to deliver guest experiences like no other and with such anticipation surrounding yet another incredible development, we need managers who are:

• Strong operators with focus on delivering high standards and exceptional product
• Hands-on and operational.
• Experts at stakeholder management.
• Responsible for developing the skills of the staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships.
• Experienced in managing large teams in a high-volume atmosphere; 2+ years in hospitality management is essential.
