Food & Beverage Attendant

The Role

Join our vibrant Food & Beverage team at Dock 37 Restaurant and help create exceptional mornings for our guests at Pan Pacific Melbourne. We are looking for enthusiastic, service-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our breakfast team.

As part of the team, you will:

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly start to their day.
• Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet to the highest standards.
• Prepare and serve barista-made coffee and other beverages.
• Ensure food displays are fresh, well-presented, and fully stocked throughout service.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organised dining area.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised, attentive service.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless breakfast experience.
• Create memorable guest experiences and build positive relationships with returning guests.

Talent Profile

Ideally you will have:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or customer service environment is highly regarded.
• A warm, friendly, and professional approach with the ability to engage confidently with guests.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Availability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Barista experience or a keen interest in coffee is advantageous but not essential.
