Civil Pipelayers (FIFO and local positions)

Connect Resources is an industry leading brand in civil construction in QLD. We are currently looking for 2 x Civil Pipelayers for a FIFO role at Rockhampton and multiple pipelayers for local sites in Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast.

Job Details :

FIFO Role - Rockhampton - 9 / 5 Swing, 11 Hour days | Meal, Travel and Accommodation included, Ongoing work | Excellent pay Rates

Job role duties :

  • Installation of sewer / stormwater / watermains pipes.
  • Lay out the groundwork and trenches for the pipeline installation, ensuring proper alignment and grade according to engineering plans and specifications.
  • Reading and following engineering plans.
  • Marking out and assisting in digging of holes for installation of stormwater / drainage pipes
  • Heavy manual handling of pipes to manoeuvre into place when being installed

Requirements :

  • 4 years previous experience as a Pipelayer in a civil environment
  • A current driver's license, with reliable vehicle
  • Construction blue / white card.
