Are you an experienced Adult and Family Violence (AUFV) Practitioner looking for your next contract role?
We're currently recruiting for an AUFV Practitioner position within The Orange Door, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact while enjoying flexibility and competitive rates.
🕒 Role Details
- 0.8 EFT to Full-Time hours
- Contract role (Dec 2026 with potential extension)
- Work From Home arrangement available
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Immediate start preferred
👩💼👨💼 What We're Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience working within the AUFV stream at The Orange Door
- Strong knowledge of The Orange Door framework, systems, and practice model
- Experience undertaking risk assessments, safety planning, and coordinated interventions
- Sound understanding of family violence legislation, referral pathways, and service systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
- Confidence managing complex and high-volume caseloads
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative practice skills
- The ability to provide a recent manager reference from The Orange Door
⚠️ Please note: Due to client requirements, applicants must have direct AUFV experience within The Orange Door and be able to provide a manager reference from their time in the service.
