Actuarial Manager – Analytics

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced actuary to take on a leadership role in pricing, forecasting, and portfolio management within a high-impact, commercial setting.

As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the net return from purchased debt portfolios through strategic pricing, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing and valuation of debt portfolios, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
• Develop and refine forecasting models to improve financial reporting and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to optimise asset management strategies.
• Apply advanced actuarial and statistical modeling techniques to enhance business performance.
• Mentor and manage a team of actuarial analysts and analytics specialists.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of actuarial experience in pricing, valuation, or analytics.
• Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, Python, R, and advanced modeling techniques.
• Experience in financial forecasting, risk assessment, and portfolio strategy.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Fellowship (FIAA or equivalent) preferred.
