Cabinet Maker
Our client is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for a stable role with a reputable company and a variety of quality projects.
About the Role
Working as part of a professional team, you will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of custom cabinetry and joinery, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery.
Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
Measure, cut and assemble materials accurately.
Operate woodworking machinery, power tools and hand tools.
Complete cabinetry and joinery installations where required.
Ensure finished products meet quality and project specifications.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with other trades and team members.
Complete work within project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker or Joiner.
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery is highly regarded.
Significant hands-on industry experience will also be considered.
Your own tools suitable for cabinet making and joinery work.
Reliable transport to and from work.
A valid driver's licence is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of cabinet making and joinery techniques.
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
A reliable, professional and positive attitude.
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
