Base pay range

A$37.00 / hr - A$38.00 / hr

Up to $38 per hour + super | Flexible part-time or casual hours | Traineeships available!

Nestled in the green heart of Landsborough, KinderMarlee Early Childhood Centre is a small, close-knit centre that believes children learn best through play, curiosity, and connection with nature.

Our 60-place centre is surrounded by trees, grass, and open space – a place where children are encouraged to get messy, explore, and create memories. We’re a supportive team of 14 educators who share a passion for helping children grow stronger, wiser, braver, and kinder every day.

We celebrate art, music, storytelling, dance, and nature in everything we do – because childhood should be full of joy, creativity, and discovery.

We’re looking for Lead Educators (Diploma or working towards) and Float Educators (Certificate III or Diploma) to join our friendly team on a permanent part-time or casual basis .

In these roles, you’ll :

Create engaging, play-based learning programs that spark imagination and confidence

Build nurturing relationships with children and families

Support a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment every day

Collaborate with a passionate team that values your ideas and individuality

Shift times vary between 6 : 00 am and 6 : 30 pm , offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

About You

You’re an educator who believes in the magic of early learning. You bring warmth, patience, and creativity to every interaction.

You’ll have (or be working towards) :

A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Current Blue Card , First Aid , CPR , and Asthma / Anaphylaxis certifications

A commitment to continuous learning and reflective practice

Traineeship pathways are also available — a great way to kickstart your early childhood career in a supportive environment.
