Job description: Role: Early Childhood Teacher - Educational Leader

Location: Mannering Park, NSW

Centre: Goodstart Plus – Mannering Park

Employment Type: Full Time / 38 hours per week

Pay: $51.52 - $71.79 per hour + $2.81 per hour allowance (Ed Leader)

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. Find out more about what the Educational Leader role entails here.

In this role, you’ll also benefit from:

· Additional Educational Leader release time to focus on coaching, mentoring and strengthening teaching and learning practices across the centre.

· Above-ratio staffing to provide additional support for children and educators, helping create an environment where quality practice can thrive.

It has been designed to ensure that every child gets the support they need during the foundational first five years of childhood to help them thrive now and when they start school, no matter where they live or their life circumstances.

About Goodstart Mannering Park

Located on Vales Road in the heart of the Mannering Park community, Goodstart Mannering Park is a welcoming and inclusive centre caring for children aged 12 months to six years. With two engaging indoor learning spaces and natural outdoor environments, our centre provides educators with plenty of opportunities to create meaningful, play-based learning experiences.

You’ll need:

* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NSW Working with Children Check

* Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
