We’re looking for talented individuals who have some of the following skills / experiences:

• Completed or close to completion CA qualifications, or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience at a Big 4, mid-tier professional or accounting services firm or relevant in-house expertise
• A passion for client service, partnering with clients to solve their most complex tax concerns
• Strong technical skills in taxation and accounting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, a true team player
• A desire to learn and continually improve your technical knowledge

About our teams
Our Business Tax Advisory team work on complex domestic, corporate, and international tax transactions. The team brings together their valuable expertise and global visibility, to help our wide range of clients, across a variety of industries, continue to grow their ambitions and successfully achieve their end goals.

The Business Tax Advisory team includes:

• Corporate Tax – support multinational, domestic and private clients, managing tax compliance obligations and providing advisory services on, giving them confidence and clarity in making timely strategic decisions in a constantly evolving tax environment.
• International Tax – help clients align their global tax strategies through a wide variety of complex domestic and cross border matters compliance and advisory services, offering strategic tax restructuring and transactional advice
• Mergers & Acquisition Tax – advise domestic and international clients navigating acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, restructures, and post-transaction integration, with confidently managing complex tax transactions
