Our client is a leading worldwide company who specialise in both foreign exchange and transactions throughout its many stores across the globe. They are currently seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and passionateArea Sales Manager to join their Perth based team.
The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for the management & coaching of their direct reports and the overseeing of approx. 30 stores throughout WA.
Key Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
*Manage walk up retail KPIs including ATMs
*Own and drive store profitability / EBITDA
*Manage and monitor customer Service levels at stores
*People Management
*Store Management Including launches, promotions, Inventory & margins
*Execute operations in line with standard operating procedures
*adhere to Company and location policy and procedures
*Financial analysis, reporting and planning
*Review existing estate &/or identify opportunities and support BD in development of business case assumptions for new/existing store/ATM locations
*Manage local relationships (landlords) &ndash day to day operational account management
Qualifications, Skills & Experience required:
*Solid background in the Banking / Foreign Exchange Industry
*Retail Experience Essential
*The ability to manage teams to deliver results
*Manage recruitment, coaching, retention and performance
*Protect the business by ensuring compliance to procedures and managing risks
*The ability to build and manage relationships
*Experience of managing change in a multi-site environment
*A strong record of performance delivery, through increased sales, cost management, performance against KPIs and good P&L management
*Strong written and verbal communication.
