Estimator – Residential & Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate, competitive estimates
  • Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
  • Complete quantity take-offs and cost plans
  • Assess risks, opportunities and construction methodology
  • Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
  • Manage RFIs, clarifications and tender submissions
  • Work with project teams to align pricing with delivery

Role Requirements:

We're looking for a detail-driven estimator who takes pride in getting the numbers right.

You'll ideally have:

  • 2+ years' estimating experience in residential and/or commercial construction
  • Sound knowledge of the subcontractor market and current construction costs
  • Strong ability to read drawings, specifications and technical documents
  • Experience with take-offs, cost plans and tender submissions
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
