Job title: Community Physiotherapist - MSK/Ortho/HCP/NDIS - South Brisbane, QLD
Working Hours: 24 - 38 hours/week
Salary: Upto $120,000 (based on experience) + travel allowance + Benefits
Location: South Brisbane, QLD
Roles & Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a Mobile Physiotherapist to service the South Brisbane Community. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to offer the ultimate care to your participants.
- Providing in-home care and building relationships with participants and their families during a flexible work-week.
- Provide high quality Physiotherapy assessments and interventions to manage a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardio respiratory disorders.
- Providing manual handling and education training for carers and family members
- Consulting with site staff, family and other care professionals to develop care plans, goals, nature of interventions and plan for review
- Documenting each consumer treatment and general care in clinical notes as per company guidelines

Essential Criteria:
- Full Registration with AHPRA
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current Working With Children Check
- Valid Australian working rights
- Vaccination in line with government mandates
- Have your own car and valid driver's license
