YOUR NEW ROLE
As part of this winning Common Law Division reporting to and being mentored by an outstanding Partner well-known in the industry and top senior lawyers, you will love the challenge+rewards obtaining justice for your plaintiff injured clients in respect of a broad range of claims relating to public/occupiers liability, motor vehicle accidents and work injury damages.
You will have full carriage of your own files and have direct relationships with clients.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have minimum 3+ years plaintiff personal injury law experience (up to Senior Associate) with a reputable firm including in 2 or more of: 1) CTP, 2) public/occupiers liability; 3) work injury damages;
- have strong knowledge of relevant legislation;
- can run your own files with minimal supervision efficiently (if senior);
- have strong advocacy and drafting skills;
- thrive in a busy fast paced environment;
- are ambitious +hungry to advance your career with a leading firm long-term.
