About the Role
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a vibrant and motivated team of individuals to join our journey in raising the standard of care provided to people living with a disability.
*Full Time, Permanent Part-Time, and Causal roles available*
This role will be working at a Danny Met Sally SIL Home, supporting a participant with ADLs, including personal care, implementing behaviour support Plans, managing challenging behaviours, medication administration, community access, meal preparation, and domestic assistance.
Opportunities are available for Team Leaders, Key Workers, and Support Staff. Consistent and ongoing hours will be available across a 24x7 roster. Due to the participants complex trauma background, Female workers are required to support them.
