We’re looking for a passionate speech pathologist to join our clinician-led team in Blacktown, delivering meaningful outcomes for clients across home, clinic, and community settings.

  • Deliver meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans across a diverse caseload.
  • Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team to create innovative, client-focused solutions.

  • Support & Supervision: Our highest priority is your support. We know that when you’re supported to be a great clinician, your clients are support as well.
  • Professional Development: Internal PD + personal budget. Be supported to achieve your required PD hours.
  • Study Leave: 4 paid days per year.
  • Resources: Laptop, phone, iPad, dysphagia assessment kit, and a massive range of assessments and therapy resources. We also have amazing access to AAC equipment to support your learning and client access.

About You

You’re a speech pathologist who:

  • Is driven to learn and wants to be supported to grow as a clinician
  • Enjoys working across a range of practice areas and ages
  • Wants the freedom to work in way that suits them, while receiving great support

Requirements

  • Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
  • Driver’s licence + personal vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check, Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship encouraged to apply
