About the role
We are seeking a capable and motivated Assistant Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Springfield Lakes Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part time basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and help guide a passionate team in delivering safe, fun, and enriching care for children.

The YMCA provides Outside School Hours Care services to 60 school communities across South East Queensland. Our programs are built around belonging, choice, and fun, and we work in close partnership with families, schools and communities.
