Your Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping people living with disability live the life they choose. You'll provide practical and emotional support, encourage independence and help the people we support stay connected with their families, friends and local communities.

Every day will be different. Whether you're supporting someone with daily living, assisting with personal care or helping them get involved in the community, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference. You'll be part of a compassionate and collaborative team that is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

Your Responsibility

• Provide hands-on support with daily living, personal care and community participation.
• Support people to develop independence, confidence and life skills.
• Encourage meaningful connections and participation within the community.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with the people you support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other support networks.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support in line with NDIS requirements.
• Promote choice, dignity, inclusion and the rights of people living with disability.

You Will Need

✔ Certificate III in Disability or an equivalent qualification.
✔ Experience providing person-centred support to people living with disability.
✔ Current First Aid certification, obtained within the past 3 years.
✔ Current CPR certification, obtained within the past 12 months.
✔ NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ A positive, respectful and person-centred approach.
