    About You
    We are seeking a dentist who:

    • Has at least 2+ years of experience.
    • Holds current AHPRA registration and Australian work rights.
    • Demonstrates high clinical proficiency in general dentistry.
    • Thrives in a collaborative environment and can mentor or coach others.
    • Is committed to professional growth and patient satisfaction.
    • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Has a friendly, reliable, and adaptable personality.
    • Takes initiative and is self-motivated.
    • Displays high levels of empathy and a patient-centric approach.
    • Shows interest in a long-term career with potential for growth within the practice.

    • Software Used: D4W.

    • Reason for Hire: Replacement for a departing dentist.
    • Start Date: Immediate.
