An established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a major $36M new-build retail development in Narangba.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong new-build background, who is confident managing complex projects, leading teams and driving delivery from commencement through to completion.

The Role

• Leading the delivery of a $36M new-build retail development
• Lead and manage the project team, subcontractors and consultants
• Develop and maintain detailed project programs
• Manage budgets, timelines, quality and project risks
• Drive project delivery and ensure key milestones are achieved
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Working between the Narangba project site and Bowen Hills office

About You

• Demonstrated experience managing new-build retail construction projects
• Excellent programming and project planning skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to take ownership of a major project and deliver successful outcomes
