About the opportunity:
We are looking for qualified Personal Care Workers who will:
- actively promote an environment that will enhance each persons life experience
- work with other members of the team to create a positive, friendly and happy environment for our residents and each other
- engage with our residents in meaningful ways to help themlive every day
- work respectfullywitheach individual who is in need ofsupport
- work in a safe manner, contributing to our safety culture and positive work environment
- demonstrate reliabilityand a commitment to Life Care and our values
- be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week (including weekends) on an ongoing basis across a 24/7 roster

Youll need to have:
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Aged Care)
- A current National Crime Clearance (NCC - Aged Care); or willingness to obtain
- 2021 flu vaccination; or willingness to obtain
- COVID-19 vaccinations; or willingness to obtain
